Refund policy

At KaiElle Society we want you to love every piece you order. Please review our policy below before making your purchase.


Returns We do not offer refunds.  Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.  Returns outside the 7-day window or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  Accessories (including jewelry, hats, etc.)
  Intimates/undergarments
  Sale or clearance items


Refunds  Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Store credit will be issued for approved returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.


Damaged or Defective Items  If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.  Upon review, we will provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.
