Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days AFTER BEING PROCESSED, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has processed and shipped. If the purchases you make include items from our overseas vendors, please allow up to 14 days for arrival. We ship orders via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly stated on our site.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer cannot be reshipped or refunded.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
Pre-order or backordered items will ship once they become available.
Customers will be notified of expected ship dates before completing checkout.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split into separate shipments.
Multiple Shipments
If an order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and vendor location. Customers will receive tracking information for each package.
Shipping Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
If an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact the carrier directly. KaiElle Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
International Shipping (if applicable)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check the checkout page for availability. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by their country.
Liability Disclaimer
Once an order is scanned in and accepted by the carrier, liability transfers to the carrier. KaiElle Society is not liable for delays, damage, or loss that occurs in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
